Corporate We advise German and foreign clients on all matters of corporate law, especially founding of companies (including joint ventures), mergers and acquisitions, change of corporate form, corporate succession and wind-ups. Another area we focus on is litigation, such as shareholder disputes. SammlerUsinger is „one of the few East German corporate practices with a supraregional reputation“ (JUVE Handbook 2006/2007). Labour We advise clients on all questions of collective and individual labour law issues. We advise companies on restructurings, operational changes and transfers of business, e.g. in negotiations and disputes with works councils and unions. We also represent our clients before the labour courts. Intellectual property SammlerUsinger advise clients on competition law and the protection of intellectual property. We represent our clients both in and out of court in matters of copyright, trademarks, registered designs, patents, and licensing. If necessary, we work together with well-known, highly qualified patent attorneys. In competition law, our practice focuses on court cases, particularly obtaining preliminary equitable relief.
