Ulrike Bren is a managing partner at SammlerUsinger. She studied economic science at the University of Duisburg, became a certified tax consultant in 1987 and was sworn in as an independent auditor in 1990. Ulrike Bren worked in the Frankfurt office of Pünder, Volhard, Weber & Axster (today: Clifford Chance) beginning in 1983, switching to the Leipzig office in 1992. She advises clients on corporate and real estate tax law, with specialization in conceptual tax consulting and structuring corporate succession. As managing director of MRT Mitteldeutsche Revision und Treuhand GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, her activities also include auditing. Ulrike Bren is a member of the Examination Board for the auditors‘ examination at the Chamber of Independent Auditors and the Examination Board for tax consultants at the Ministry of Finance of the Free State of Saxony.
