The Firm
SammlerUsinger is a partnership of attorneys, auditors and tax advisers. We have our origins in one of the leading international commercial law firms. In 2002 the Leipzig partners of Clifford Chance founded the firm Sammler Volhard Bren & Lange. The guiding principle was to combine the top quality of an international law firm with the flexibility of an organisation of manageable proportions. In 2006 we opened our Berlin office. We recruited both young and upcoming colleagues as well as those with many years of experience and renown. Since 2009 the name of our law firm has been Sammler Volhard Bren Lange Usinger – in short: SammlerUsinger. We are committed to providing our clients with highest-quality services. The guideline and benchmark for our work is the success and financial benefit to the client. We regard personal consultation as the essence of continuous and trustful collaboration. We provide a comprehensive service to medium-sized and international corporations. We view our legal and tax advice as an active and creative contribution to our clients‘ business success. We work in integrated and interdisciplinary fashion. For major transactions, we build teams comprising different fields and departments. Through our affiliate, MRT Mitteldeutsche Revision und Treuhand GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, we also offer auditing services.
