| Dr Martin Fleckenstein
Martin Fleckenstein is a partner at SammlerUsinger. He studied law in Göttingen and Freiburg i. Br. and qualified as a lawyer in 1987. Following first career steps in Freiburg and Berlin (since 1991) - as a partner at Knauthe Paul Schmitt in 1996 - he was one of the founding partners of Hammonds LLP in Germany, where he became head of the Property and Planning Department/Built Environment Group. Martin Fleckenstein advises German and international investors, owners, developers, and the public sector on all kinds of planning and building law issues, public procurement, PFI (PPP) projects, privatisation, and development projects. He holds lectureships at the University of Münster (LLM Real Estate) and the University for Technical and Economic Sciences, HTW Berlin (MBA Real Estate) and publishes articles for legal magazines. In 1996 he has been certified as a specialist for public and administrative law. Speaks English.
